The participant gets to interact with the customer on the screen and then must enter into the system as they would in the Financial Center. The customer then responds and further continues the interaction. Periodically a TRC exclusive Action Maze allows the learner to make various choices on how to respond to the customer’s situation without being stopped or guided by the learning program. At the end of the Action Maze, the learner will be presented with all of the choices that he/she made appropriately, and will also be given key opportunities that may have been missed, meaning missed compensation to the learner. It has been a very successful practice tool after the initial learning modules have been completed.
